- Hamstring curl - 3 sets of 10 reps
- Obliques - 3 sets of 10 reps
- Freeweights - 10lbs: bicep curls, lateral raise and front raise - 3 sets of 10 reps
Not bad I felt pretty good after this so all in all Friday was a good day
i believe you owe me $5. someone complained about her arms hurting- alot- while "running" on saturday....
